The key to feeling peace is creating space for it. Give yourself that space by letting go.
If it’s good, enjoy it and then release it. There’s something new to enjoy when you do. If it’s bad, learn from it and then move on. It can only hurt you if you dwell.
Of course it’s far easier said than done, but it’s also hard to attach to feelings and situations. Holding on takes a lot of energy–it’s draining. There’s something amazingly liberating about letting go.
